About:
This game is my interpretation of Yume Nikki in 3D. There are two dream worlds to explore right now. This demo has an ending, so try to figure it out. I plan to potentially update Openlid to a full release, so any kind of feedback is welcome.
Controls:
- WASD - movement
- SPACE - jump
- SHIFT - run
- E - interact
- ESC - pause
Music:
Music is by miaxia. He creates super vibey and atmospheric tunes. Really enjoy what he does. Go follow him~

Very solid! The puzzles were pretty easy to understand, and I was able to get to the ending.

If you don't mind to answer, I was curious to know... Do you think the main character is a boy or a girl?
Hm, their appearance seemed pretty androgynous, but because they had the same hair color, shoes, and shirt as Madotsuki, but with short hair, they almost seemed like a genderbent Madotsuki? I am curious to know more.
Well, yeahhhh... Originally the concept was just to make genderswap. But after I finished modeling and after some playtests I realized that main character appearance is kinda middle ground in terms of male/female. And I kinda liked that vibe, so I probably go with it. Basically it's my personal reflections but I don't want to say anything beyond that at least for now.
Sorry that I'm kinda pushing with questions. But I really wanted to know you impressions about game title. English isn't my first language, so it's hard for me to know what associations "Openlid" evokes, maybe it's weird or something. Tell me anything that comes to mind
